UGGGHHH I am working until 5 today. Been here since 7. Haven’t eaten anything since 5am which was leftovers from going out to dinner last night. It wasn’t even intentional that I basically am fasting the entire day (minus “breakfast”). But here I am reading Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire waiting for my shift to end. My head is spinning because of lack of food and because I’ve been staring at this computer screen all day. I went a little bit nuts on the weekend, not really caring what kinds of nasty foods I put into my body. But jesus, it’s amazing how your body responds in such a short amount of time. I feel like a whale… I also haven’t weighed myself for a while because I’m too scared. :/ But I’m gonna keep going and keep working at reaching my goal. The thing is though, I moved into an apartment with my friend yesterday and I’m trying to assess how I’m going to “eat” (or not eat…) around her. I definitely didn’t really think about that when I decided to move. She also knows I’ve had some history with ED stuff so I just want to make it as casual as possible. I know I can do it. It’s a top priority to be honest so I’ll be making progress regardless. I can’t forget how AMAZING and HIGH I feel when I’m losing weight. I want to feel that way again!
I bought an Xbox 360 slim yesterday and started playing Fallout 3. Totally unrelated to diet stuff but I’m so excited to play xbox this summer. My boyfriend is lending me a bunch of his games so I can learn :) I played Call of Duty Black Ops last night and Fallout 3 and had SO much fun! The only downside is it doesn’t burn any calories. Then again, it’s a MAJOR distraction from food. You can go for hours and forget you’re even hungry :P

Going to Art-a-Whirl tonight so I’ll be walking around for the next 4ish hours, hopefully burn some calories doing that. They always have snacks at this thing since all the artists usually have some little thing they put out, so I’m going to limit the grazing to 500 calories. That way my NET is around 300 cals since I’ll be burning off some by walking around looking at art :P
